All meetings are based on readings from the CoDA booklet ‘Peeling the Onion’ The schedule for the day is as follows:
10.30am to 12.00: Mtg 1 – Relationship Addiction
12.00 to 1.00pm: lunch break*
1.00 to 2.30pm: Mtg 2 – Workshop on ‘The Stages of Recovery’
2.30 to 3.00pm: break*
3.00 to 4.30pm: Mtg 3 – Relationship Avoidance

5.00 to 6.15pm: Open get-together
