All meetings are based on readings from the CoDA booklet ‘Making Choices’ The schedule for the day is as follows:
10.30am to 12.00: Mtg 1 – From Fear to Faith
12.00 to 1.00pm: lunch break*
1.00 to 2.30pm: Mtg 2 – From Blame to Forgiveness
2.30 to 3.00pm: break*
3.00 to 4.30pm: Mtg 3 – From Shame to Acceptance
4.30 to 5.00pm: break*
5.00 to 6.15pm: Open get-together
6.15 to 6.30pm – Closing.
