The Alternative Format Meetings VE originated as a taskforce to discuss and formulate how alternative format meetings (AFM) should be organised and represented within the CoDA Service Conference.
After months of hard work, the Alternative Format Meetings Taskforce transitioned to a CoDA recognised Voting Entity in April 2023, we now meet monthly.

Goals for the coming year
Outreach and Service:
Continue to enhance the foundation of the AFM VE by:
- Contacting eligible meetings to participate in the AFM VE. This year we reached out to hundreds of groups, and have welcomed many to our monthly meetings.
- Host virtual workshops, share days and fellowship opportunities
Officers and Delegates:
Our inaugural officer and delegate terms are concluding. We anticipate our upcoming elections and new leadership members.

- New strategic vision for the AFM VE
