    In response to Covid-19 and government guidelines proportionate protective measures have been put in place for group members. The meeting itself will be held in the Sanctuary Room and will be open from 08:45. Please note: provision has been made for up to 15 members to attend the meeting. The meeting will continue to follow government guidance and look to expand on this number when possible.

    On arrival, please ensure that you wash your hands in accordance with government guidelines or use hand sanitiser, which will be provided. There are facilities immediately on the right-hand side of the entrance once you enter the Church by the main door. All members must report to the group’s designated track and trace coordinator, Craig: 07867 948659 and provide their name and contact details. Please do NOT attend this meeting if you or anyone you have come into contact with has any symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19). These include: a high temperature, a new, persistent cough and loss of taste or smell.

    There will be no literature on sale at the meeting and all members must bring their own copies of meeting materials. If you need any of these sent across before the meeting, please contact Matthew: 07739 707087.

    Please ensure you follow government guidance on cleaning, hygiene and hand sanitiser which includes:
    • Washing/sanitising hands on arrival
    • Socially distancing at 2 metres at all times
    • No physical contact
    • Wearing a face mask upon arrival and throughout the meeting ensuring both nose and face are fully covered
    • Limiting capacity to 15 members and keeping windows open
    • No tea, coffee and food preparation
