IN&R (Intergroup North & Regions) Workshops & Retreats Committee.

We welcome CoDA members from all areas to join us at our quarterly IN&R CoDA Literature Workshop.

This is a safe and friendly space, on zoom, for us to continue our exploration of CoDA Conference endorsed literature, which we continue to do every three months.

We will be reading from the CoDA Booklet “The Twelve-Piece Relationship Toolkit” and answering the questions. (We will be reading Traditions 7, 8 & 9 in the Booklet).

There will be plenty of time for people to share and answer the questions, if they so wish.

We will also be looking at the

  • Co-Dependents Anonymous (Blue) Book,
    • Chapter Two “Our Spiritual Dilemma”
    • Chapter Five in the same book on:  the Inner Child, Enmeshment/Detachment, the Shame Spiral etc
  • Whatever members decide, with a Group Conscience (GC) so that everyone has voice and choice.

If there is time, we can also review the CoDA “Common Threads of Codependency” Booklet.

This is an opportunity for us to come together and view some of the richness of our CoDA conference endorsed literature created by CoDA members, especially addressing our CoDA members needs and for people to lovingly pass on their experience, strength and hope of CoDA recovery.

We look forward to you joining us on Saturday, 15th July 2023 at U.K. time 2pm until 4.30pm.
